What is the Kris Kringle Stitch and Mingle program? How does it work?

BKris Kringle Stitch and Mingle (KKSM) programs make holiday stitching affordable and easy... you get holiday project kits (Jingle Kits) that won't overwhelm you or your pocketbook! Once you sign-up the rest is automatic, each month you will be charged a fixed fee for a Jingle Kit and receive everything you need to complete that project.

When you sign-up for a KKSM program, it is understood that you are signing up for the entire 6 month program. Each monthly kit charge will automatically occur on the first of the month using the credit card you used to sign-up for the program. Each monthly kit will be sent out on the 1st of the month for the program.

What’s included in my KKSM program?

Our 6 month program includes monthly Jingle Kits which include pattern and project components (laser cut interfacing pieces and embellishments) relevant to that month’s project. Each Jingle Kit is designed to make it easy to get started. Jingle Kits do not include fabric; the idea is to use your stash and personalize to your style..

You will also receive monthly bonus project instructions as well as block instructions for the Kringle Mystery quilt.

Once enrolled in the program, you will have access to exclusive tutorial videos, a private Facebook group, and Stitch and Mingle (live) events. Instructions to open this content will be emailed to you with each Jingle Kit shipment.

What is the Kris Kringle's Stitch and Mingle Facebook group all about?

With so many people using Facebook these days, we have set up a special Facebook group that only KKSM participants can access. This group will allow you to share your progress, ask questions, get access to tutorials, pattern hacks, Kringle Mystery Quilt and Bonus projects. The group will be moderated by the pattern designer, Kris Poor of Poorhouse Quilt Designs.

What do I need to get signed up for the Facebook group?

Send us a message through the Stina's Quilt and Sewing Supplies Facebook page and we will add you to the group. Please allow 1-2 days to be added to the group.

What do I do if I don't use Facebook?

Not a problem, while Facebook is very popular, we understand that not everyone uses it. Let us know and we will give you access to the videos and to the Stitch and Mingle events via email

What is the Stitch and Mingle Live Event?

We will have a live sew-along class once a month (on the Zoom platform) so that our whole group can stitch together. We will schedule and let you know in the project email when this will happen. If you can’t attend, we will record the Stitch and Mingle so that you can catch up!

When do I get charged?

You will be charged for the 1st month when you initially sign up.  You will then be charged on the 1st of every month for the duration of the program.

When does my Jingle Kit ship?

Jingle Kits ship the first of every month, regardless of when you sign up. We want everyone to start together each month.

If you sign up by the 1st of the month, you will receive the current month’s kit. If you sign up after the 1st, you will receive next month’s kit after the 1st of that month.

Missed monthly kits will be made up at the end of the year. For example, if you register mid-August, you will receive the July and August kits in January and February of 2021.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is included in the cost of the program.

Why can't I use Paypal?

Unfortunately, the software tool we use to run our KKSM programs does not work with Paypal payment processing at this time. A credit card is required to purchase our programs.

Can I cancel my Kris Kringle Stitch and Mingle program?

CWe understand that things happen that causes you to need to cancel, please let us know right away. You will need to cancel 3 days before the first of the month to avoid being charged for the upcoming Jingle Kit.

Will I get the complete pattern?

Yes, with each project, you will receive the pattern necessary to complete the project.

I already have the pattern, can I get a credit ?

We cannot offer credit on any of our Jingle Kits as we MUST include the pattern with our program due to copyright laws.

Is it too late to sign-up for a Kris Kringle Stitch and Mingle program that already started?

You can sign up for the program any time between now and September 30th, 2020.

What happens if I make a mistake?

If you should make a mistake, we have tried to include enough extra materials for you to remedy a mistake. You can call and request a replacement. We will do our best to provide a replacement when available. If you make a large mistake, we usually have extra materials available for you to purchase at a small price. Please give us a call and we will do whatever we can to help you remedy it.

How do I contact you concerning my Kris Kringle Stitch and Mingle program?

If you are having trouble with assembling some part of the quilt, you can use our KKSM Facebook group to post your comments or questions. Using the Facebook group is encouraged as there may be others that are having the same problem and we can provide the information to everyone in the group.

Call us at 603-818-6960. Our normal office hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm ET. Please be aware that we have a small staff so we might not be able to answer your call directly. If you get our voicemail please leave us your name, phone number and the reason for your call. We respond to all emails/phone calls within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive a response from us within that time, please resend your email or give us a call.

I have not received this month's Jingle Kit, what do I do?

Please allow 4-6 days for delivery after the 1st of the month.

If you do not receive your shipment within this time frame call or email us using the contact information provided above. While having a missing kit is frustrating, rest assured, we will make sure you receive everything you need in order to complete your project.

I did not get the Welcome email, what went wrong?

If you do not receive your Welcome email within 24 hours of registration call or email us using the contact information provided above.

How do I update my credit card?

  • Log-in to your account at stinasquilt.com.
  • Click on the "Manage Subscriptions" link located in the Account Details section on the righthand side of the page.
  • A Manage Subscriptions page will appear.
  • Click on the "Manage" link located on the righthand side for your subscription, a dropdown list of activities will display.  Click on the "View/Update Card" link and change your card information as necessary.

How do I change my shipping address?

How do I change my email address?

Can I get all the Jingle Kits at once?

No. Our programs are assembled on a month-to-month basis. We will not be providing the Jingle Kits all together.
